- A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to hold reservation. 1 night Balance must be paid by cash or credit card at booking. No exceptions.
- Rates do not include taxes. A 7% State and 5% County Inn-Keepers tax will be added.
- Sorry, we do not allow pets at Dave's Last Resort.
- Must be 21 to rent a cottage.
- Each unit has a maximum occupancy that is strictly enforced, including children, infants, and toddlers. This is strictly enforced. If you have extra people in your unit, including infants and toddlers, you will be asked to leave the property immediately and NO REFUND will be given.
- Coffee, Bath Towels and shampoo are not Included so please pack for them.
